Refund policy

We want you to love your Shagai wool socks. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

  • Products should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact.

  • To start a return, contact us at sales@shagai.co with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size or style, we’re happy to exchange items subject to availability. Contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or full refund.
