We want you to love your Shagai wool socks. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds under the following conditions:
Returns

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Products should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact.

To start a return, contact us at sales@shagai.co with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or full refund.
